You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ext-animate--on\">\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">The knife is unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">The knife is in its original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">It is returned in its original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"ext-animate--on\">The product must not show any signs of damage, sharpening, or modifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Would you prefer a different model? This is possible as long as the requested product is in stock. Any price difference will be settled accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Handmade products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All RP Dutch Tanks knives are handmade. Minor differences in weight, finish, and appearance are a natural part of the craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered damaged or an incorrect item was sent by us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please contact us before returning a product so we can assist you with the return process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading ext-animate--on\">Shipping policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"ext-animate--on wp-block-paragraph\">We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.
