These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between RP Dutch Tanks and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions aplly to all products and services offered by RP Dutch Tanks, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Products
All knives produced by RP Dutch Tanks are handmade. As a result, slight variations in dimensions, weight, finish, color or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the artisanal manufacturing process and do no constitute a manufacturing defect.
4. Orders
An order is only considered final after payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by RP Dutch Tanks. If a product is temporarily unavailable or made to order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros, unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made in full before an order is shipped. RP Dutch Tanks reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6. Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Any stated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Exceeding the estimated delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the agreement.
7. Returns and exchanges
For information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds, please refer to our return, refund and shipping policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.
8. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our handmade products. If a product has a verifiable manufacturing or material defect, please contact us as soon as possible.Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, incorrect maintenance, or modifications to the product is not covered by this warranty.
9. Liability
RP Dutch Tanks shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper, unsafe, or negligent use of our products. The customer is solely responsible for the safe use, transportaion, and storage of the product and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country of region where the product is used.
10. Use of the products
The products of RP Dutch Tanks are intended for sport throwing, training, and collection purposes.

RP Dutch Tanks shall not be liable for any damage or consequences resulting from improper or unlawful use of its products.
11. Privacy
RP Dutch Tanks processes personal data with care and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
All agreements between RP Dutch Tanks and the customer are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be sbmitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
